Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the e-mail address provided during checkout with the shipping and tracking information.

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on orders over $50.00. If you need your items by a certain date, please provide within the note section during the checkout process. We try our best to accommodate any processing and shipping requests, although shipping times are not guaranteed unless you select one of our expedited shipping options.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping rates and estimated delivery estimates are dependent upon the shipping method, shipping carrier, package weight and size, and destination. Shipping rates for the following available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary by destination, especially during peak and holiday seasons. Once your package is delivered to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or delivery unless you opted to insure the package.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico. Please contact us at info@fabfete.com if you are interested in shipping to other countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery estimates for your order upon shipment will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fab Fête is not responsible for any additional fees or charges and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Status and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the e-mail address provided during checkout. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status directly with the carrier. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you cannot locate the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, you may want to check your spam or junk mail as messages often are captured by those filters or you can contact us at info@fabfete.com.

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you never received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for verification of the delivery scan geotag and to open an investigation into the lost or stolen package. We recognize that your event does not wait while the shipping carrier conducts their investigation, so please contact us at info@fabfete.com so we can work through available options for replacement merchandise.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse or are unable to accept a delivery, you will remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, customs, and taxes incurred on the package. All carriers will charge a fee to return the package to the sender. You will be liable for the return shipping fees if you refuse delivery, or if an attempt has been made multiple times by the carrier with no success.
